Modern atmosphere in the Palace district
The owners of the newly built small flat moved from the other side of the street to their new home, which they would be planning to rent out in a few years time. Since this would not be their permanent residence, they wanted to make the conversion and furnishing cost-effective. We kept the coverings, but we could bring a little colour to the apartment by painting the white walls and transforming their existing furniture. We made the wall of the bedroom more fun with a vivid wallpaper, and the original black / brown media wall had its doors changed to turquoise in the living room. The kitchen cabinets and the breakfast bar attached to it were the pieces that were newly designed with the best use of space. Though there is less space here than in their previous home, the owners are very fond of this small apartment, which would later serve as a great residence for its future tenants.
